By accessing or using LingoDish ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LingoDish is a digital kitchen management platform that allows restaurant operators to create, manage, and share recipes and training materials with kitchen staff. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must register for an account by contacting us at lingodish@gmail.com. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Payment

The Service is offered under various subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly or as a one-time fee depending on the selected plan. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including recipes, photos, and descriptions. By uploading content, you grant LingoDish a limited license to store and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system, uploading malicious content, reverse engineering the platform, or reselling access without written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease.

8. Limitation of Liability

LingoDish is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
